What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns , In the rare event of a quality issue with your product – we would request you to always make an unboxing video and get in touch with us immediately after you have received the package. We would immediately reverse pick our defective product and replace it with a new one. This process can take up to 10 working days, your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we thank you in advance for your patience.
